Flat Fee for Appeal: $200,000

Ted Olson, the former Solicitor General of the United States, has been picked by the governor of Rhode Island to join the state's appellate team in arguing about Indian land. Mr. Olson's fee for appearance in the case is a flat fee of $200,000.00. Read about it here.
