Kenneth Copeland Press Release Regarding Grassley Investigation

Kenneth Copeland of Kenneth Copeland Ministries has issued a press release concerning the ministry's initial response to Senator Grassley's inquiry.  In the press release Copeland states that the ministry "responded to the senator’s requests in good faith and as completely and accurately as we could without compromising the constitutionally based privacy, confidentiality, and other rights of churches that apply to KCM and all others."  As indicated, as a church, KCM enjoys certain First Amendment rights from government intrusion.  Despite news reports to the contrary, it appears that the ministry is providing an appropriate response to the senator's inquiry in light of its constitutional protections.
